CÓMO LLEGÓ A GM GROUP

Sabrina considera que ella no buscó a la marca, sino que GM Group llegó a ella. Contaba con una experiencia laborar de muchos años en una micro financiera, donde se desempeñaba en el área de riesgo y cobranza. De ahí que se declara una apasionada del mundo de las cobranzas, desde que lo descubrió siempre le gustó y quedó fascinada.

A principios de este año se quedó sin trabajo y comenzó una búsqueda laborar activa. A este evento personal, se le sumó el surgimiento del COVID 19, una pandemia y una serie de circunstancias que la llevaron a replantearse muchas cosas. Este momento la hizo reflexionar mucho acerca de lo que quería hacer, a qué quería dedicarse en su vida laboral y profesional.

Su búsqueda laboral continuaba y al mismo tiempo le fueron surgiendo ideas sobre proyectos que tenía ganas de llevar a cabo. Uno de esos proyectos era poner una empresa de cobranza.

No recuerda exactamente cómo sucedió, pero se le vino a la mente aquel día en que se encontraba navegando por internet y ante ella se presentó una lista de franquicias. Por este motivo es que afirma muy contenta que la marca llegó a ella. Cuando entró a ver de qué se trataba GM Group, nota que es una franquicia que brinda servicios de gestión y cobro de deudas. Fue algo que la sorprendió mucho porque nunca se imaginó que existía una franquicia del rubro de cobranzas.

Esta información para ella llegó como si fuese un mensaje que estaba destinada a recibir. Era lo que siempre quiso hacer. No lo dudó ni un momento y decidió consultar por la franquicia para entender de qué se trataba. Luego, un consultor se contactó con ella y desde ese momento se la acompañó en todo el proceso de conocimiento de GM Group.

Como a cualquier persona le sucedería, Sabrina inicialmente tenía muchas dudas y sobre todo miedo. Todo esto, con el tiempo, se iría disipando gracias al acompañamiento que tuvo en todo momento. Menciona que el miedo uno nunca lo pierde por completo, ese sentimiento va a estar siempre presente porque uno está tomando una decisión con incertidumbre, porque uno no sabe cómo le va a ir. De esta manera, Sabrina comenzó a interiorizarse en lo que es GM Group y fueron muchas las cosas que le llamaron la atención y que le interesaron.

CONCEPTO DE COBRANZA GM GROUP

Hizo mucho hincapié en que le interesó el concepto de cobranza GM Group. ¿A qué se refiere con esto? Resalta que en la empresa tenemos una premisa de acción basada en la empatía, el diálogo y la confianza. Siempre tratamos de conocer el contexto de cada cliente y deudor para generar herramientas que nos permitan ofrecerles un mejor servicio. Es fundamental que elaboremos estrategias para lograr el mejor resultado para todas las partes involucradas.

Sabrina se encontraba en línea con esta modalidad de trabajo y se sintió identificada con los valores que presenta GM Group. Estas cuestiones hicieron que se sienta a gusto con la marca, por lo que toma la decisión de avanzar y adquirir una franquicia.

En el mes de diciembre va a cumplir cuatro meses de trabajar de manera activa como GM Group. En este período, notó que ya ha logrado cosas que se ha propuesto al comenzar. Incluso, logró metas mucho antes del tiempo que se había planteado para cumplirlas. Esto es algo que la pone muy feliz y la motiva para continuar, orgullosa de todo el esfuerzo realizado y más que agradecida de la decisión que tomó.

Destaca que obtener su propia franquicia le permite lograr un equilibrio entre su vida profesional y su vida familiar. Recuerda el momento en que inició y revive la situación de encarar un proyecto en plena pandemia. Se encontraba vigente la cuarentena con restricciones provinciales para circular y trabajar, su hija no podía asistir a la escuela porque estaban cerradas, era una situación que entre risas definió “caótica”.

Destaca el gran desafío que significa emprender con una franquicia GM Group. Al tomar la decisión de iniciar el proyecto, se vio obligada a salir de su zona de confort. Si bien se trata del rubro que a Sabrina le encanta, esta vez está en la vereda de enfrente. Se encontró con que, como franquiciada, ella tiene como responsabilidad la venta del servicio.

No era una temática conocida, pero reconoce que esto le dio la oportunidad de aprender mucho sobre un sector en el cual era inexperta. En este punto destaca el rol de GM Group, que brinda capacitaciones continuas para apoyar a todas sus franquicias en el proceso de contacto con sus clientes. La idea principal es bridar asesoramiento personalizado, no solo para los clientes y deudores, sino también para cada franquicia.

El objetivo es fomentar la superación a diario. Somos una empresa que comparte desafíos y logros. En ese sentido, comenta que uno con el tiempo va viendo los resultados de todo el esfuerzo realizado y se siente orgulloso de la decisión que tomó.

Afortunadamente tiene muchos anhelos con respecto a su franquicia, pero hay uno que destaca. El sueño más grande que tiene es que cuando alguien piense en una empresa de Gestión y Cobro de deudas, automáticamente le venga a la cabeza GM Group.

Se busca generar un espacio donde cada uno cuenta sus experiencias de la semana, si está teniendo algún obstáculo o inconveniente, y también se comparten los logros alcanzados.

La empresa considera importante tener ese espacio donde las franquicias puedan compartirse consejos y tips para sobrellevar el día a día. Todo el tiempo se están generando ideas y viendo de qué forma cada uno puede aportar al crecimiento de GM Group y al crecimiento de cada franquicia en el lugar en el que está. Sabrina destaca que todo esto no sería posible si la marca no lo fomentara. De esta forma se fortalece el vínculo entre todos mejorando los resultados.

Por otro lado, también se trabaja el vínculo con los clientes, poniendo foco en el mejor trato que cada franquicia puede tener con cada uno de ellos. Es importante ese mimo que hay que tener con el cliente. Se refiere a que no es simplemente cuestión de llamar, buscar vender y luego olvidarse.

El servicio siempre consta de un seguimiento personalizado, en el que se busca resolver justo lo que necesitan, entendiendo las circunstancias de cada uno. Se promueve generar una relación que perdure a largo plazo. El vínculo representa un valor agregado porque permite la cercanía de todas las partes que hacen a GM Group: franquicias, clientes y deudores.

PARA AQUELLOS QUE QUIEREN ADQUIRIR UNA FRANQUICIA GM GROUP PERO ESTÁN INDECISOS

Sabrina pone especial énfasis en que uno debe tener compromiso, porque de ello dependen los resultados. Menciona que es un trabajo muy lindo, pero que tampoco es fácil. Si no se lo encara con compromiso y constancia, difícilmente se alcancen los objetivos que se tengan.

Al contrario, siente que está en el camino correcto, el que quiere transitar y considera que aún le queda mucho por recorrer.
